What this website collects

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social-media pixels, and it does not ask you to create an account. Fonts and images are served from this site itself.

What stays in your browser

Your light/dark choice and the conversation in the on-site assistant are kept in your own browser storage so the page remembers them. They are not sent to us. Clear your browser data (or press “Start over” in the assistant) to remove them.

When you contact or book

If you email Alain, book a session through Calendly, or pay through Stripe, the information you provide is handled by those services under their own privacy policies, and by Alain so that he can reply to you and deliver coaching. Payments are processed by Stripe; this website never sees your card details.

The assistant

The on-site assistant answers common questions inside your browser from information published on this website, in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian. If the optional AI mode is switched on, open-ended questions (and questions in other languages) are sent through this website's server to an AI provider (Groq) to write a reply, together with the last few messages of the conversation. AI answers are labelled as such. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health details or card numbers) in the chat. If you use “Send Alain a message”, “Email this chat to Alain” or the quiz “Send my result” button, it opens your own email app with a draft that you choose whether to send. If you use the microphone button, your browser’s own speech service may process your voice; the site itself never receives it.
